Nestled on one acre of land with desert landscaping, this inviting home serves as the perfect base for exploring endless outdoor activities, local wineries, and great food.

This home is configured with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable layout for guests. The sleeping arrangements include a king bed and ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a versatile third bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full on the bottom, a twin on top, and a trundle. To accommodate larger groups, a queen air mattress is available upon request, allowing the property to house up to 10 guests.

Step outside to discover a secluded, fully fenced backyard that is a true highlight of the property. The outdoor area features a large swimming pool, a dedicated bar area, and a convenient poolside half-bath. Guests can relax in lounge chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor table and BBQ grill. Please note that the pool may be heated upon request for an additional charge, and the outdoor bathroom and laundry may be unavailable during freezing temperatures.

Inside, the home offers a cozy living area equipped with a Roku TV for your entertainment and a dedicated desk area that serves as a functional work-station. The property is well-equipped with central heat and air conditioning, linens, towels, toiletries, a blow dryer, and an iron. A coin-operated washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Ideally located for exploration, you are just two miles from the shopping and coffee shops of old town Cottonwood, as well as the parks and pastries of Clarkdale. For those venturing further, Jerome is only 7 miles away, and the stunning landscapes of Sedona are reachable within 20 miles.

• Parking: Circular driveway in front of the house; RV and trailer parking available. Please do not park in the side driveway.
• EV Charging: 50 amp charging available upon request; do not plug vehicles directly into the house.
• Rules: Absolutely no animals allowed, including service and support animals, to ensure a safe environment for guests with allergies.
• Security: Three exterior security cameras are located at the front door, front driveway, and side driveway for mutual protection.
• Safety: Swim at your own risk; children must be supervised by a responsible adult in the backyard at all times. Please keep all doors closed to keep local desert wildlife outside.
