👉 NO parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, friends come over, hangouts, and the like.

👉 This property is NOT pet-friendly. Dogs, cats, or any other animals are not permitted IN -or- ON the property - NO Exceptions! We know you will appreciate knowing our property is very clean and hypoallergenic.

👉 Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. The only place fire is allowed is in the dedicated fire pit

👉 Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation or any unapproved visitors.

👉 No loud music or disturbances, especially no noise past 10:00 p.m.

👉 Lock the door at all times. We want you and your property to be safe.

👉 No illegal substances of any kind.

👉 Do not disrespect neighbors.

👉 Please follow check-in and checkout instructions.

👉 Self-check-in with Smartlock.

👉 No Tampons, wipes, flushable wipes, or anything other than a small amount of toilet paper flushed down the toilets to avoid backup. Guest responsible for repairs from items flushed down toilets.

👉 No Loud outdoor music or drunken behavior IN -or- ON the property

👉 Parking of cars to be done inside the garage only and not on the driveway. If more than one car, then park in the driveway.

👉 SHOES - Please take off your shoes at the shoe rack near the front door. No shoes on carpeted areas. There is an additional charge for getting the carpets shampooed and cleaned if dirty shoes are brought on them.

👉 BOARD GAMES - Please ensure the games, if played, are put back in how it was in the box for the next guest to be able to enjoy them the same way.

👉 X-Box - If you use the X-box remotes to play, please ensure to put them back on charging for your next play and for next guest.

👉 If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.

👉 We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, illnesses, or injuries that occur on-premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

FEES: Lost TV, fan, garage, X-Box or air conditioner remote control will result in a $100 charge per item. FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 charge per day of reservation. FEES: Unapproved late checkout is an additional $75 fee for every 30 minutes after 11:00 a.m. FEES: A fee of $50 per night, per person, will be charged for each guest who was not included in the reservation.

You must also acknowledge Security Deposit: If you damage the home, you may be charged $500 or more based on the damage caused Surveillance or recording devices on property: For your safety, security, and quiet enjoyment, Ring Home Security records activity at all entrances and front doors to the property.
