Our housekeeping team checks after each rental if things are missing and/or broken. Airbnb will be alerted if this is the case.

RESPONSIBILITIES The tenant must notify the landlord of any BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE caused during their stay. The tenant is liable for property damage and personal injury occurring in or on the rented property during the rental period, for any reason, except for damage not caused by the tenant or its occupants and those resulting from construction defects, lack of maintenance, natural and technological disasters, and any damage normally covered by the landlord's homeowners' insurance policy. The tenant and any other person on the leased premises agree to hold the landlord harmless and free from any claim by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible. The tenant undertakes to return the rented property at the end of the rental period in the same condition as on arrival. The tenant is responsible for breakages caused by their personal belongings and those of the persons accompanying them and they will be given an invoice for any damage caused to the property (except normal wear and tear of the premises). The tenant agrees to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not disturb neighbors and residents in the area. Guests shall maintain a reasonable level of noise both inside and outside. After 11:00 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside.

GENERAL PROVISIONS The landlord ensures that the rented property holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec in accordance with the Act respecting tourist accommodation establishments and still in force. The landlord will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that result from the tenant's fault, that may occur to the tenant or people that they invite to the property during their stay. By accepting this booking, the tenant and anyone they invite to the property accepts the risks associated with their stay at the property. The landlord cannot be held responsible for the theft or loss of the property of the tenant or their guests during the stay.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS No SMOKING in the building. Please use the appropriate outdoor spaces and dispose of cigarette butts in the designated area. PETS are not allowed Follow all instructions related to the use of the building that are sent to you by email, and those on site in the blue binder. If any of these conditions are NOT OBSERVED during the stay, the owners reserve the right to evict, without any refund of the stay. RENTAL TERMS The building may only be used for vacation purposes. The tenant may not assign any of their rights under the lease or sublet the property. If on the day of departure, the tenant does not leave at the time mentioned (provided for in the contract), additional charges may apply. Toilet paper is provided for the start of the stay, cleaning products are provided for the duration of the stay and personal hygiene products are not provided. Bedding (pillows, sheets) and towels provided. Electric heating provided. Wood provided. Free Wi-Fi. Parking snow removal included.
