The main floor offers two private bunked spaces with 4 twin XL beds total, plus a futon that folds out to a comfortable full bed.

The gravel road is ideal for walking and biking, with Mesa Verde Stables just one mile away and Four Corners Guides at the canyon's end.

Practical Information: Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Important house rules include no pets (except ADA service animals), maximum 8 guests, no smoking indoors, shoes off inside, no unattended children under 12 in the loft, and absolutely no outdoor fires due to high fire danger. A $200 fine applies for fire violations.
