This expansive home is configured with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully laid out to maximize space and comfort:

Practical details for your stay include a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum rental age is 21. We are pet friendly; a $200 pet deposit is required, with $150 refunded at check-out provided no additional cleaning is needed ($50 is retained for the stay, plus $25 for each additional pet).

Pool and spa heating are available on demand with daily fees ($100 for pool to 82 degrees or $35 for spa to 102 degrees). To ensure these are ready upon your arrival, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Guests may also rent outdoor heaters for $75 each. Please be aware that festival bookings (Coachella and Stagecoach) are non-refundable and require an additional deposit. To maintain the home's quality, we kindly ask that you do not mail packages to the property and that you assist with basic checkout duties, including starting the dishwasher and laundry for pool and white towels.
