Practical Info & House Rules Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through the guest portal.

• No parties, events, or gatherings without prior approval
• No smoking anywhere on the property (including vaping and e-cigarettes); if needed, please step at least 50 feet from the home and dispose of butts properly
• No drug use or illegal activity (marijuana included)
• Quiet hours observed after 10:00 PM
• Please remove shoes inside the home
• Please do not block neighbors' driveways or mailboxes

🐾 Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! A $100 pet fee per stay is automatically added at booking when a pet is disclosed. Pets must not be left unattended unless kenneled, should stay off beds and furniture unless protective coverings are brought, and waste must be cleaned up at all times. An additional $15 cleaning charge applies if the cleaning team must address pet waste after checkout.
