Sleeping Arrangements The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 7 guests. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a Smart TV, and a private bathroom in a Gulf-facing setting. The guest bedroom is furnished with two queen-size beds and a Smart TV. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa and a Smart TV, ensuring plenty of space for groups.

Interior Highlights Step into a comfortable living area with sliding-glass-door access to a private south-facing balcony, where two captain's chairs await your morning coffee. The well-equipped kitchen is a standout, featuring granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, a custom backsplash, and a versatile coffee station with both a drip maker and a Keurig. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets and boats are not permitted on the property. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old and provide a photo ID. While there is no washer/dryer inside the unit, shared laundry facilities are available in the building. Two amenity cards are provided; lost cards incur a $125 replacement fee. Parking passes must be purchased via the provided link prior to arrival. For winter reservations (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days is required.
