Check-In is at 4pm Check-Out is at 10am No camping or utility trailers allowed on Palisade Legends property. Camper vans are allowed as long as they are 20 feet or less in length and fit into a parking space. A $300 security deposit hold is required for all bookings. This will be reserved 2 days prior to your stay beginning and released 3 days after your stay so long as there is no damage to the property and no excessive cleaning required. Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or the reservation will be cancelled. No smoking or vaping of any substance is allowed. No parties or events allowed at the property (or in communal areas, if applicable). No unregistered guests are allowed to stay the night. The number of visitors allowed will be outlined in the Renter Agreement and House Manual. Visitors must comply will all rules outlined in Renter Agreement and House Manual. Registered guests are responsible for their visitors. Pets may be allowed depending on the property you will be staying at; these rules will be outlined in the Renter Agreement and House Manual if applicable. Park only in designated areas outlined in the House Manual. Please be respectful of neighbors and limit noise after 10pm and before 8am. If the property where you are staying has access to communal amenities, please follow all rules outlined in the Renter Agreement and House Manual. If you accidentally damage or break anything during your stay, please let us know in a timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb. When you are not at the property, please make sure you close and lock all doors and windows and turn off all lights. We are not responsible for theft of personal items. Before you check out, please place dirty dishes in the dishwasher, start the dishwasher, and throw out any garbage. We respectfully request that should you have time, please strip the bed(s) of linens, collect used towels and start the washing machine. Please spend some time looking through the House Manual when you arrive to the property for detailed property information.
