Welcome to Howard's Hideaway Rustic Cottage, a charming 1948 retreat located in the heart of central Billings, Montana. This one-of-a-kind home blends an old-style cottage look and feel with modern touches, creating an inviting atmosphere for your stay.

The home is designed for comfort and flexibility, featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a total of 3 queen beds that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The layout consists of two queen beds on the main floor and one located in the loft, which is accessible via 12 fairly steep stairs. For added convenience, the loft includes its own kitchenette and full bath. The interior is characterized by an eclectic mix of design and furnishings, incorporating many repurposed materials and beautiful original hardwood floors from 1948 that have been stripped and left unfinished.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property offers several specific room details and outdoor features. The main floor boasts a kitchen equipped with a stainless steel fridge, gas oven range, and a Keurig coffee machine. To ensure guest comfort during the summer, all bedrooms are equipped with AC units, which are removed during the winter months. You will also find unique architectural details like a barn door slider for the main bathroom and doorway plastic sliders for the bedrooms.

Step outside to a peaceful, fully fenced, and landscaped backyard designed for relaxation. This outdoor oasis includes a patio with an awning, a fire pit, and a BBQ. Guests can also enjoy the 5-person hot tub, available for use between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Located in a quiet neighborhood centrally positioned in Billings, you are just a few blocks from Central Park. The cottage is conveniently situated 7-10 minutes from downtown, Billings Hospitals, the Rimrock Mall, Rocky Mountain College, MSU Billings, and the Billings Logan Intl. Airport.

Practical information for your stay: Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are welcome. Parking is available in the 1-car driveway, on the street, or in the oversized gravel lot behind the house. Access is provided via smart locks on both the front and back doors. Please note that there is no washer or dryer on-site, though a laundromat is located nearby on Grand. For extended stays of 10 days or longer, a complimentary basic cleaning is required every 7 days or halfway through the stay at no additional cost to the guest.
