This thoughtfully arranged townhome features 3 bedrooms with 3 queen beds and 2 bathrooms. To accommodate larger groups, an inflatable mattress can be set up in the living room, allowing the home to host up to 8 guests. All three bedrooms are located on the second floor and are designed for a restful stay, featuring comfortable mattresses, linens, pillows, duvets, nightstands, closet storage, and ceiling fans. One bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a second full bathroom; both bathrooms offer tub and shower combinations.

Downstairs, the open layout is perfect for gathering. The living room boasts a 65-inch Smart TV and a table that serves as a dedicated workspace for remote work or trip planning. The refreshed kitchen is stocked for convenience with a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and drip coffee maker, along with essential cookware and utensils. For added comfort, regular and decaf coffee, tea, sugar, and cream are provided. Outside, you will find a small patio with outdoor furniture and a private fully fenced yard with a gas BBQ.

Located in a residential neighborhood in Williams, the home is approximately half a mile from downtown and the interstate. This prime location offers quick access to Bearizona, Flagstaff, and Sedona.
