• Occupancy & Noise: Exceeding the 2-guest limit or partying can result in a $500 fine or eviction. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.; noise violations may result in fines from $500 to $1,000.
• Parking: Limited to 2 cars, which must be parked in the driveway to avoid a $500 fine.
• Security: For guest safety, the exterior of the cabin is monitored by video.
