The layout includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Sleeping arrangements consist of 2 beds in the bedrooms plus a comfy sofa bed in the bright living area, making it a wonderful choice for longer stays.

Inside, you will find a cozy interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy dining area perfect for shared meals. The living room opens up to a sunny balcony, providing a delightful spot for people-watching on the boulevard. For added peace of mind, the apartment includes a Miklat (secure room).

The beach is less than a 10-minute stroll away, and you are just minutes from Rothschild Boulevard, Dizengoff, the Carmel Market, and various museums.
