Additional bedrooms offer a mix of queen beds, king singles, and versatile bunk configurations, including triple bunks, to suit large groups.

• Security Bond: A $1,500 refundable bond is required prior to key collection.
• Linen: No linen or towels are provided; guests must bring their own fitted/flat sheets, pillowcases, and towels, or arrange hire through Victor Linen.
• Restrictions: No pets allowed. No Schoolies, party, bucks, hens, or large gathering bookings. Group bookings of under 25s are not accepted.
• Room Access: Please note that certain upstairs bedrooms may be locked based on the final guest count (specifically for bookings under 22 people); please contact the agent if additional rooms are required.
• Additional: Please remove all excess rubbish on departure and report any maintenance issues upon arrival.
