• Community Rules: Strict CC&R's apply. No street parking (use driveway or garage). ATVs must be parked in the garage. No parties or events are permitted. No outside guests are allowed in common area facilities.
• Fees: There is a 3% cancellation fee. A $250 fee applies for lost pool keys.
