For additional flexibility, the dedicated office space includes a sofa that converts into a bed.

Inside, the home boasts a spacious open floor plan with plenty of comfy seating, a Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation, featuring seating for three at the island and six at the dining table. The master suite is a true retreat, offering a double vanity, soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Practical additions include a laundry room with a full-capacity washer and dryer and a dedicated dog wash station.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $100 fee. Pets must NOT be left unattended in the home at any time.
• Parking: No street parking allowed. All vehicles must be in the driveway or garage. ATVs must be parked in the garage.
• Community Rules: No parties or events. No outside guests are permitted to use common area facilities.
• Fees: A 3% cancellation fee applies. A $250 fee is charged for lost pool keys.
• Neighborhood Amenities: Access to a clubhouse, indoor and seasonal outdoor pool, and an amenity park with pickleball courts and horseshoes.
