2). Please be courteous to our quite surrounding at nighttime as this is low noise/low lights camping area near Grand Canyon. Our area falls under "International Dark Sky", so we are to use soft lights. Which mean STAR GAZING!!! Just step outside or at the main entrance of our property. Please wear something reflective for car riders and make sure you are seeing by others. Just take precautions for your safety as well as others in your group.

3). No Smoking allowed including e-cig. Extra cleaning fees will be applied if there are traces of any kind of smoking inside home. Note: it may take 2-5 business days to schedule deep cleaning. Invoice will be provided upon request. You will be liable for the whole invoice plus any cancelled bookings.

5). Maximum 1 Car Parking allowed. (No oversize Trucks, RVs or commercial vehicles).

6). No loud parties or events.

7). Our Tiny House is loved and cared for so please treat it the same. 8). Clean Dishes & Any items used from kitchen before checking out. Extra cleaning fee may be charged for any unwashed kitchen supplies: pots & pans, plates, bowls, ect..... Note: We don't not supply any spices or condiments. Guests to bring their own. Best place to shop is either in Williams or Flagstaff. Locol store may not have all the necessity items.

9). Guests need to bring their own napkins and paper towels.

10). We supply shampoo/body wash/hand soap per stay, guests are welcome to bring your own.

11). Adult supervision is required for small children around staircase to the LOFT IF THERE IS ONE. Stairs are narrow and not for playing, climbing or jumping for children.

12). No leaning against loft railing or climbing on loft railing.

13). Set of Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths will be provided based on # of guests booked at the time of booking. Please provide exact count of guests including infants (age: 0 Months and up). If you are staying more than 3 days with us you can request replacement set on 4th day. (If the reservation comes in before 3 PM same day then we will have towels for two guests. and extra guests' towels will be provided next morning.)

14. Please reach out to us on booking platform if you have any question/concerns or need any assistance right after check-in, so we can rectify in timely manner. We have staff available on-site. Important: You will be required to sign a rental-agreement upon confirmation of the booking.

15. Internet is provided as a complimentary feature. Internet connectivity in this area is satellite-based and is largely affected by weather conditions. We do not provide a guarantee that you will have uninterrupted internet 24x7.
