This unique home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The master suite offers a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, and a spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms each provide two queen-size beds, sharing a second bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower combo.

Inside, the open layout includes a generous living room with a cozy fireplace and a sectional couch that flows into a well-stocked kitchen and dining area. One of the premier highlights is the large indoor game room, featuring a pool table, foosball, skee-ball, darts for all ages, and an 85” TV. For those traveling with little ones, the home is family-friendly with a pack and play, high chair, and kids' dishes.

Outdoor living is a central part of the experience. Glass double doors lead to a covered patio and private lounge area complete with a fire pit, grill, and hot tub. Guests can enjoy a fenced-in game area with a trampoline, cornhole, and axe throwing, or visit the shared Dinosaur Pen for unique photo opportunities. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Kanab's shops and restaurants, the villa serves as a peaceful base for exploring nature. You are a short drive from world-class destinations: Zion National Park (30 min), Coral Pink Sand Dunes (30 min), The Wave (1 hr), Lake Powell (1 hr), and both Bryce Canyon and the Grand Canyon (1.5 hrs). Local wildlife like deer, quail, and chipmunks frequently visit the property, adding to the serene atmosphere.

• Children must be supervised outdoors; use of the trampoline, playground, and hot tub is at your own risk

Penalties apply for smoking inside ($250), pets on property ($250), EV charging ($500), late checkout ($75), excessive cleaning ($150), uncleaned grills ($25), and hot tub misuse ($150).
