Designed for maximum comfort, the home features 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 5 bathrooms, accommodating 16 or more guests. The sleeping arrangements are uniquely themed after local national parks and recreation areas to inspire your adventures. Upstairs, you will find the Lake Powell Master with a king bed, sofa sleeper, and ensuite bathroom, alongside the Desert Sky room with two double beds. Downstairs offers the Bryce room with two double beds and ensuite, the Grand Canyon room with a king bed, The Wave room with a king bed, and the Zion room with a king bed. For additional guests, a dedicated bunk room provides 12 twins and 2 queen-sized beds, supported by two bathrooms with two showers.

Inside, the home is built for gathering. A spacious living room with comfortable furniture and a large screen Smart TV serves as the primary relaxation hub. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, toaster, bread maker, and various baking essentials, complemented by a beautiful wood dining table with ample seating. For movie nights, head to the downstairs theater room, which includes its own convenient kitchenette. A laundry room is also available for your convenience.
