The master suite is a private retreat with a king bed, gas fireplace, and direct access to the back patio. Guest Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, while Guest Bedroom 2 contains two double beds. Guest Bedroom 3 is equipped with two twin beds. The property includes 2 full bathrooms, including a master ensuite with a luxurious soaking tub and a spacious tiled walk-in shower.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a fee (listed as $50-$75 in sources); however, they must never be left unattended in the home. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Please note that La Estancia has very strict CC&R rules: street parking is forbidden (use the driveway or garage), ATVs must be parked in the garage, and parties or events are not allowed. Fines ranging from $100 to $500 may be issued for rule violations. A 3% cancellation fee applies to most reservations, and a $250 fee is charged for lost pool keys.
