The first bedroom boasts a king bed, a large walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and is situated across the hall from the second full bathroom, which includes a walk-in shower and a full-capacity washer and dryer with complimentary detergent and fabric softener. For additional sleeping space, the living room provides a versatile sofa bed with provided bedding and pillows.

Designed for both relaxation and productivity, the home features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The modern kitchen is well-appointed with high-end appliances, including a blender, toaster, and Crock Pot. Guests can stay connected with high-speed fiber internet and a dedicated workspace located near the master bedroom. The outdoor space is a true oasis, featuring a secure fenced yard, a grassy area, and a covered patio with a grill, picnic table, and fire pit. The outdoor fun continues with a playground and a sparkling heated pool featuring a dive board and lounge chairs (typically available from late May to mid-October).

Nestled on the outskirts of the tranquil Kanab Creek Ranchos, the property offers panoramic views of mesmerizing red rock plateaus. You are just a short drive from Ranchos Park and Jacob Hamblin Park, and within easy reach of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument.
