About Property

Welcome to your cozy and comfortable getaway in Davenport, Florida! This charming home is perfect for families and small groups, offering a functional layout and all the essentials needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay.

The home is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space and comfort. Upstairs, you will find three inviting bedrooms: the Master Bedroom features a luxurious King bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a versatile bunk bed with a twin top and full bottom. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. To ensure everyone has plenty of space, the property includes two full bathrooms upstairs (including the master ensuite and a hallway bath) and one convenient half bathroom located downstairs, consisting of a toilet and sink.

To help guests settle in comfortably, the property provides a generous starter supply of essential items intended to cover the first night and initial needs. These starter items include three trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Please note that additional supplies for the remainder of your stay should be purchased based on your personal preferences.

For those looking to enhance their experience, the pool and jacuzzi can be heated simultaneously for an additional fee of $70 for up to five nights.
