Located in the wonderful community of Nosara, the casita provides full privacy, though it shares a property and entrance with the main house. Due to the jungle infrastructure, utility interruptions in power or internet may occur, and low water pressure is possible during the dry season (December through April).

• Pets: Not allowed
• Security: Guests are responsible for securing personal valuables. A dinner guard can be arranged through the property manager for an additional cost.
• Policies: No refunds for natural disasters, utility outages, security breaches, or nearby construction noise. Traveler insurance is highly encouraged.
