This home is designed for relaxation and togetherness, featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious king-sized bed in one room, two rooms with queen-sized beds, and a fourth bedroom featuring twin bunk beds. The layout is thoughtfully split to provide privacy and space; one side of the home houses three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a double vanity, while the opposite side offers a fourth bedroom, a second full bathroom with a standing shower, and a cozy family room with a large, comfortable couch for movie nights.

Inside, you will find a beautiful, fully appointed kitchen and a furnished living room with a large picture window overlooking the grounds. The home is tastefully decorated and includes a dining area with a large table and a convenient laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

Step outside to a private, very large backyard with plenty of grass for play. Guests can enjoy provided corn hole, grill dinner on the patio, or simply gaze in wonder at the stunning starry skies of Southern Utah.

Located in the Hub of the Parks, you are centrally positioned for adventures to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon North Rim, and Coral Pink Sand Dunes. Take a stroll down Center Street to visit the historic Perry Lodge, the Kanab Museum, or enjoy live music floating from Sego, Kanab's fine dining restaurant located just a block away. You are also just blocks from a water park, pool, and various sports courts.
