Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. To ensure a smooth arrival, all guests must complete the Boarding Pass through Enso Connect; instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. Before check-in, guests must select one of two security options: a 600 CAD refundable security deposit or a 35 CAD non-refundable damage waiver. CITQ registration number: 295445.
