The sleeping arrangements include a master suite featuring a new king bed with a plush mattress, a second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a sofa bed, and a third bedroom equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed and additional fold-out chairs, which are ideal for small children.

The interior boasts a modern, open-concept layout. Downstairs, you will find a living area with a comfy sofa and a large Smart TV connected to high-speed internet. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for effortless meal prep, featuring a dining table for six, counter seating for three, and a variety of appliances including an air fryer, griddle, crock pot, blender, and coffee maker. For those needing to stay connected, the master suite includes a dedicated work space and a private walk-out balcony for watching the sunrise over majestic red cliffs.

Outside, the property offers a private patio perfect for dining al fresco with a BBQ grill and a brand-new 4-person sauna to relax in after a day of hiking. Practical additions include an attached garage for secure parking and an upstairs laundry room with a full-capacity washer and dryer.

Located in the new White Pocket Villas development, the home is just minutes from the historic Kanab center and its award-winning shops and restaurants. You have direct access to the Toms Canyon/Cliff to Cliff hiking trail right outside your door. Known as the "Hub of the Parks," Kanab provides central access to Zion National Park (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (77 miles), and the Grand Canyon North Rim (80 miles), as well as the Coral Pink Sand Dunes and Lake Powell.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. A 3% cancellation fee applies regardless of the date (excluding HVMB guests). A vehicle is required for transportation in the area; a 4WD vehicle is recommended for off-road exploration.
