The main level is anchored by a chef's kitchen featuring an oversized island that seats five, double wall ovens, an induction cooktop, a pot filler, and a custom copper hood. The living room impresses with floor-to-ceiling cliff-view windows, while the primary king bedroom offers a vaulted ceiling with exposed wood beams and its own ensuite. For entertainment, the main floor also includes a foosball room and an upright piano on the landing.

Upstairs, you will find two additional king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The highlight of the upper level is the library, featuring floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a sleeper sofa that serves as the sixth sleeping space, along with an office nook facing the cliffs.

Outdoor living is where the experience truly slows down. A covered wraparound front porch with rocking chairs leads to an upper back deck featuring a propane BBQ and a propane fire pit lounge perfect for stargazing under the Milky Way. Location & Neighborhood: Situated in peaceful Orderville, the property is just 25 minutes from the Zion East Entrance and one hour from Bryce Canyon. It is also 30 minutes from Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park and 25 minutes from Kanab for groceries and dining.

• Quiet Hours: After 10 PM
• Important Notes: The indoor fireplace is decorative only. AWD or 4WD is strongly recommended from December through March due to snow. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
