Important Guest Information: Pool and hot tub operate seasonally from late March through October 1st, weather permitting (requires 3 consecutive days above 70 degrees). Pool key must be returned to original location - replacement fee is $250. Vehicles must park within designated lined spaces only; improper parking may result in towing by Zip's Towing. Security cameras monitor exterior areas for safety. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations regardless of cancellation timing. GPS may not locate the property correctly - search "El Pueblo Townhomes" in Kanab, UT for accurate directions. No smoking anywhere on the property.
