For guests without a vehicle, Ubers, Taxis, and a convenient Bus Service are readily available, including dedicated ski transport buses leaving from the town centre.

• Noise Policy: Please respect neighbours by keeping noise low, especially between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Amplified sound or music is prohibited in outdoor living areas from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and outdoor entertainment areas must not be used between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• Energy Conservation: During cold months, please set the heat pump to 18 degrees when leaving the house to maintain a comfortable temperature while managing electricity costs.

Guest Tip: Queenstown is known for its unpredictable mountain weather, which can bring cold outbreaks even in Summer. We strongly recommend packing warm clothing and wind-proof, water-proof jackets. If hiring a car, remember that New Zealand drives on the left and roads can be narrow and twisty.
