We do not want you to experience AC problems during your stay so we have implemented this recommendation.

• Please keep in mind if something is not to your satisfaction please let us know upon the day you check in. We will make sure to make it right. We cannot control acts of nature and occasional things breaking or needing service such as HVAC, water heater, power going out, etc.) but we do promise that we will act on it immediately and find a resolution within 24 hours of your notice. That being said, we do not offer any discounts or refunds if these things happen and if they are fixed within that time frame.

• Please treat this home as if it were your own. We don't want you to work on your vacation so we don't have any mandatory check out procedure. We just simply ask If you could pick up after yourselves and leave the house in good shape. We would appreciate it.
