Whether you are visiting with family, arriving as a couple, or working remotely, this sparkling clean and cozy retreat provides a terrific home away from home for exploring the "Hub of the Parks."

Designed for comfort and convenience, this spacious residence accommodates up to 8 guests. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom featuring a king bed, a private balcony overlooking the pool area, a TV, and a chair. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, TV, and closet. For extra flexibility, a twin inflatable mattress is also available. The upper level includes a full Jack and Jill bathroom with dual vanity areas and a shower/tub combination, while a second bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.

The living area is designed for relaxation, featuring comfy reclining couches, a gas fireplace, and a 42" Smart TV with access to Netflix and Amazon Video. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals with counter seating for two, a dining table for six, and a variety of tools including a blender, griddle, and hand mixer. Step outside to the back patio to enjoy a BBQ on the propane grill.

Located in the El Pueblo neighborhood, guests have access to a community gym, a year-round hot tub, and a seasonal pool (open when temperatures are 70 degrees or higher for three consecutive days). The property is centrally located near downtown Kanab, offering short walks or drives to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. You are perfectly positioned to visit Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon North Rim, and the Coral Pink Sand Dunes.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $50 fee. Pets must not be left unattended in the home.
• Parking: Vehicles must be parked properly within lined spaces to avoid towing.
• Pool Policy: Please return all pool towels upon checkout to avoid a $20 per towel charge. A $250 fee applies for lost pool keys.
• Cancellations: A 3% cancellation fee applies regardless of the date.
