Originally homesteaded and built by the property's ancestors, this charming retreat was meticulously restored by hand in 1998, preserving its historic character while providing all the amenities for a memorable stay.

The home features two separate bedrooms accommodating up to 6 guests, with a king-sized bed in the back bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the front bedroom, plus a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Due to the home's historic layout and additions made throughout the years, the back bedroom accesses the rest of the home through either the front bedroom or the outside front patio. One full bathroom with shower serves the property.

Enjoy modern conveniences including a spacious kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all cooking basics. The light and bright sunroom provides a cozy spot for morning coffee while taking in unobstructed views of the Mogollon mountain range. Additional amenities include washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, and TV with standard cable. The living room features comfortable seating, a recliner, and a bookcase with local area guides.
