About Property

Experience the magic of Southern Utah from Treetop 1 at East Zion Resort, a stunning hillside treehouse-style retreat designed for those who want to stay above it all. This unique getaway combines the whimsy of an elevated stay with the luxury of a full-service resort, serving as a memorable basecamp for your adventures in the red-rock landscape.

This cozy sanctuary is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature a dedicated bedroom with a full-height loft that provides more headroom than original treehouse layouts. Inside the loft, you will find a comfortable king bed situated directly beneath built-in stargazing windows, allowing you to admire the famous dark skies of East Zion from the comfort of your climate-controlled room. For additional guests, the living area includes a convenient pullout sofa. The unit is completed by a private bathroom.

While the structured amenities are focused on the resort experience, the interior of Treetop 1 is equipped for comfort and convenience, featuring a kitchenette and full heating and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay regardless of the season. Step outside to your own private outdoor area, where you can relax in the sitting area, cook on the BBQ grill, or unwind around your private gas fire pit while taking in beautiful valley and hillside views.

As a guest of Treetop 1, you have full access to the extensive East Zion Resort facilities, including:

• 2 resort pools
• A relaxing lazy river
• 4 hot tubs
• Pickleball courts
• The resort pavilion
• Guest laundry facilities

Perfectly positioned in Orderville, Utah, this property is located between Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. You will find the Red Hollow Slot Canyon trailhead nearby, with local restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores within easy reach. Because public transportation in the area is limited, bringing your own vehicle is highly recommended to explore the surrounding national parks and attractions.
