Experience the magic of Southern Utah at The Pinehill Lodge, a stunning 3-bedroom cabin nestled in the serene landscape of Duck Creek Village. This inviting retreat is designed for gathering, featuring a vaulted main floor with tall picture windows that keep the surrounding pines in view and a stone fireplace that brings a cozy crackle to your slow mountain mornings.

The home is thoughtfully spread across three levels to accommodate up to 8 guests. The upstairs primary suite serves as a quieter retreat, offering a king bed, a separate seating area, a dedicated workspace, and a private full bathroom complete with a jetted tub and separate shower. On the lower level, you will find a second king bedroom and a full-over-full bunk room, perfect for kids or friends, both served by a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The main floor includes a kitchen and dining area that flow seamlessly into the living room, as well as a shared half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the lodge. A large covered wraparound deck provides a sheltered space to enjoy coffee or cook on the propane grill. Below, a private hot tub offers a protected place to soak after a day of adventure, while a separate wood-burning fire pit is available for evening gatherings beneath the stars.

Located in a quiet residential community, the lodge is perfectly positioned for exploration. Spend your days at Duck Creek's lakes and forest trails, or venture further to see the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon and the sandstone cliffs of Zion. You are also near the alpine overlooks of Cedar Breaks and Brian Head.

Practical Details & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Winter Access: 4WD is strictly required from October through April; 2WD with chains is not an acceptable substitute.
• Pets: House-trained, well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog, max 75 lbs combined).
• Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests, including children.
• Fire Pit: Guests must provide their own firewood; use is subject to local fire restrictions.
• Access: The main entrance uses exterior stairs, but a smart-lock route through the attached garage provides step-free access.

For added peace of mind, the lodge is equipped with a Generac whole-home generator to ensure power during neighborhood outages.
