The home is thoughtfully arranged across two levels to maximize space and views. The sleeping arrangements include 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The first bedroom features a queen sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and access to a private second-story deck with amazing views. The second bedroom provides full size beds and its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for everyone in your group. In total, the property provides 3 bathrooms to easily handle larger parties.

On the first floor, you will find a functional layout designed for relaxation and socializing. The downstairs area includes a full kitchen and a large living and dining area where guests can gather. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available within the unit. Step outside to the back patio, which is equipped with chairs and a bbq grill, opening up to a lush grassy green space.

While the interior is yours to enjoy, the property features several shared amenities to enhance your stay:

Located in a prime Moab position, you are just a short stroll away from local shops and dining. For those arriving by car, two parking spaces are available directly in front of the unit. We kindly ask that guests do not park in front of neighboring homes.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed at this property. For those planning an extended escape, a 10% discount is automatically applied for bookings of 7 days or more.
