Designed for large groups of family and friends, the layout features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin-size bunk beds (totaling 4 beds), along with a queen sofa bed for additional flexibility. The bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers, bathtubs, hair dryers, and upgraded linens and towels for your comfort.

The heart of the home is a spacious kitchen and living area where your group can stretch out, relax, and reflect on the day's excursions. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything needed to prepare hearty meals, complemented by ample seating for larger parties. Step outside onto the outdoor patio off the kitchen to enjoy a propane BBQ grill with provided tools.

While this property does not have a private amenity list, guests have access to the complex's prime facilities. The unit is situated adjacent to the pool and hot tub area; the hot tub is open daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, and the pool (weather dependent, typically opening in early Spring) features outdoor lounge chairs, changing rooms, and a handicapped accessible pool lift, stairs, and rail. The entire area is secured with a fence and door code.

Located just a short 2-minute drive from downtown Moab, you are moments away from the city's best coffee shops, entertainment, and restaurants like the famous Jailhouse Cafe, Doughbird, and Moab Garage Company. Nature lovers will appreciate being only 5 minutes from Arches National Park and 30 minutes from both Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park.

Practical details include a keyless entry system for a seamless arrival experience. Parking is available via a spacious two-car garage (currently one spot available) and additional parking for trailers at the complex.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed.
