Welcome to the Star Wars Retreat! Your sanctuary awaits in Davenport, Florida, where you and your fellow rebels can escape Darth Vader's grip in a home designed with comfort and Star Wars enthusiasts in mind. This unique getaway offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fandom for up to 6 guests.

While the interior is a haven for fans, the location provides effortless access to the best of Orlando. Traveling toll-free, you are just 20 minutes from Disney, 45 minutes from Universal, and an hour from MCO, though traffic conditions may affect these travel times.

Guests enjoy full access to the entire home as well as the top-tier amenities at Regal Palms Resort. You are just steps away from a beach-style pool, a lazy river, a gym, an arcade, a restaurant, a spa, and various recreation areas, all at your disposal for the ultimate vacation experience.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: This is a pet-friendly home! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Immediate cleanup after potty breaks is required. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or failure to follow these rules.
• Parking: The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles (parked with two side-by-side and one perpendicularly behind them). Three large vehicles (SUVs, minivans, or trucks) will not fit together. No part of the vehicle may hang over the curb or touch the grass. Parking in the street is strictly prohibited and enforced by towing.
• Vehicle Restrictions: RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk and parked in the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night. Any vehicles that do not fit entirely within the driveway must also be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night.
• HOA Compliance: Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times. Failure to do so, or parking on the grass/street, will result in HOA fines or towing at the owner's expense.
• Schedule Requests: Early check-in or late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance via the boarding pass link. Approval is based on availability. Unarranged late checkouts incur a $25 fee for every 30 minutes past 10:00 AM.
