Every bedroom is equipped with its own TV, and all beds feature comfortable memory foam mattresses less than five years old, ensuring a restful night's sleep for your entire group.

Guests can enjoy a variety of relaxing spaces, including a screened-in porch with ceiling fans—the ideal spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down after a day in the sun. Whether you prefer an indoor dining area or outside covered dining, this home caters to every mood. The garage provides convenient access to beach toys, chairs, and a wagon to make your trips to the shore effortless.

Located in one of the safest areas on the island, Pirate's Beach is an exclusive neighborhood where motorized vehicles are prohibited on the beach, keeping the environment clean and secure for children and families.

Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Parking: Please park on the paved area under the home or in the driveway. Maximum of 6 cars; no street parking is allowed.
• Pets: Pets are welcome with prior notification of size and breed. Fees apply: $50/day per dog for smaller breeds (up to 25lbs) and $75/day per dog for larger breeds (up to 50lbs).
• Access: Guests have the entire home to themselves, excluding two locked closets used for personal belongings.
