Designed for comfort and ease, the layout features one bedroom with a supremely comfortable queen bed and soft, high-quality bedding to ensure a great night's sleep after a day on the slopes. The condo includes one bathroom, which has been sleekly updated, and can accommodate up to three guests.

Inside, you will find a cozy living area complete with an electric fireplace, forest views, and a plush, sink-in sofa. The fully stocked galley kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, counter seating for two, and a small dining nook, ideal for post-run meals. For added convenience, the space includes a private washer and dryer and a private balcony with seating to take in the refreshing alpine air.

Location is everything at Sunnyslope. You are situated right across the street from Brian Head's Giant Steps lifts, allowing you to hit the slopes in minutes. Gear rentals, the general store, a coffee shop, and local restaurants are all just steps away, making your stay effortless.

House Rules & Policies:

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises

• Pet Policy: Dog friendly with a $100 fee (maximum 2 dogs)
• Damage Waiver: A non-refundable $59 property damage protection waiver is included on each reservation, covering accidental damage up to $1,500 if reported prior to departure.
