Experience the ultimate ski getaway at this cozy ski-in/ski-out condo in Brian Head, Utah. Perfectly situated on the second floor, this 930 sqft retreat offers direct access to the Shotgun groomed run, allowing you to hit the slopes right from your doorstep!

This inviting home is designed for comfort and versatility. The layout features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. The master bedroom provides a serene escape with a queen bed and a wall-mounted thermostat for personalized temperature control. The second bedroom is a versatile space ideal for families or groups, featuring a full/twin bunk bed and a twin/twin bunk bed. For additional sleeping needs, an air mattress is available upon request.

The living area is anchored by a cozy indoor wood-burning fireplace, the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. Entertainment is covered with three smart TVs, including a 55" screen in the living room and 42" screens in the bedrooms. To maintain warmth during the winter months, the condo is equipped with baseboard heaters in each room and a dedicated wall heater in the main living area. While there is no air conditioning, the crisp mountain air keeps the interior naturally cool and comfortable.

Guests have access to a variety of shared facilities to enhance their stay:

• Shared Hot Tub & Sauna (located at the clubhouse)

Located in the heart of Brian Head, the property is positioned for maximum slope access. Please note the condo is located in Building 1 on the second floor, accessible via two flights of stairs from the underground parking garage.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited inside the premises
• Parties: Events, parties, or large gatherings are not permitted
• Guest Policy: Unregistered guests are not allowed; bookings exceeding 6 guests incur an additional $15 per night per guest fee
• Maintenance: Do not move furniture or flush feminine products, wet wipes, or diapers down the toilet to protect the septic system
• Safety: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the building
• Winter Travel: 4WD and snow tires or chains are highly recommended from December through March or whenever snow is present. Guests are responsible for their own transportation arrangements and any related expenses due to lack of preparedness.
