Originally built in the 1960s as the Greer Lodge Check-in Building, this home has been thoughtfully expanded and recently remodeled. It features modern updates while preserving its charming character, making it an ideal spot for family gatherings, particularly for teens who appreciate their own sleeping space. The layout consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third. Additional sleeping space is available in the second-floor loft with three twin beds and a game room featuring a Queen hide-a-bed sofa and a counter-top table for games.
