• Policies: Guests must be 21+ to book. A signed Rental Agreement and security deposit may be required. A mandatory cleaning fee of $50 USD applies every 21 nights. Electricity is inclusive for short stays (up to 20Kw/Day) and billed separately for stays of 7+ days. Please return all access bracelets upon departure to avoid a $12 fee per bracelet.
