Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that dogs are welcome with a one-time $100 pet fee for extra cleaning, and cats are not permitted. The property operates on a tiered cancellation policy with full refunds for cancellations 14+ days prior, half refunds for 7-14 days prior, and no refunds within 7 days of check-in. Be aware that Lost Resorts hosts private weddings and events on select dates when grounds access may be restricted, though cabin bookings remain available.
