This unique reservation grants you exclusive use of both the four-bedroom Porchlight Main House and the two-bedroom Ember Casita, ensuring your group is the only one onsite for a truly private experience.

Across the two residences, you will find a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The bright Main House features a king primary suite with a private en-suite, two queen bedrooms, and a twin-over-twin bunk room. The cheerful Ember Casita adds a queen bedroom and a second room with a twin daybed and pull-out trundle. Each home is equipped with its own private entrance, providing a perfect balance of communal gathering and quiet separation.

Experience a designer renovation with soul, featuring exposed beams, a statement decorative fireplace, and a black herringbone kitchen straight out of a design magazine. Additional rules
1. If you are a local resident, please contact the hosts before booking
2. This home has many light colored pieces of furniture (couches, chairs, rugs, bar stools)- please be EXTRA careful to not eat or drink on these. Any stains will result in an additional cleaning fee or replacement of the piece at guest expense.
3. Guests must acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm
4. No parties or events allowed
5. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible.
6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental (or fireplace). Guests must acknowledge that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed.
7. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
8. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them.
9. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur, and it will be released after you check out.
10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check- in (it will be provided before check-in).
11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos.
12. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with exterior cameras.
13. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $30 mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week.
14. If, by not following any of our rules, we are forced to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs.
15. Pet Policy: Up to two pets are welcome for the Entire Home reservation. The pet fee is $65 per pet, per night. Please add pets to the reservation before arrival and review the house rules for the property's pet requirements.
