• Air Conditioning: The home is not air-conditioned; fans are provided throughout. Guests are encouraged to open windows during cool periods and use drapes during the heat of the day.
• Sundance Club Access: Located 0.2 miles from the condo. Provide the unit name to the front desk for entry. Hours are generally 11 AM - 8 PM (seasonal). Please note that tennis courts, basketball hoops, and the kiddie pool are closed during winter. No parking is available at the club.
• Firewood: Provided in the parking garage from Nov 1 to May 1 only. Additional wood can be purchased at local grocery stores.
