1. Booking Changes

Requests to shorten an existing reservation will be denied. Date changes are allowed as long as the new reservation is for the same length of stay or longer.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

Any guests not listed on the reservation are subject to an additional overnight guest fee. $50 per guest per night.

The thermostat is located in the hallway on the wall near the first bathroom, with instruction on how to use it.

6. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out

Early check-in requests must be made in advance with additional free, Same-day early check-in requests will be declined.

Early check-in fee: $50 for each hour. An additional cleaner must be scheduled to prepare the home early.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

There is a fine for smoking on the property of $500.

No food or drinks on the beds.

No loud noise between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

No shoes inside the house or on the beds.

Please keep the home clean and treat it with care.

Before checking out, place all dishes in the dishwasher, add dishwasher soap, and run the dishwasher.

9. Trash Disposal

Late check-out will result in a fee of $50 per hour.

Pets must remain in the designated sunroom, or outside.

Pets are not permitted to roam freely throughout the home.

Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
