The guest bedroom provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk beds.

The interior boasts an inviting, open-concept floor plan perfect for family gatherings. The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals and includes a Keurig Duo coffee maker. For relaxation, the living room features soft seating, a fireplace, and a Smart TV, while the dining area is ideal for family meals or game nights. • Access: Second-floor unit; stair access is required as there is no elevator
• Parking: $25 per vehicle (card only) collected at the gate; maximum 2 vehicles
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking or vaping (strictly enforced with a minimum $250 remediation fee), and no RVs, motorcycles, or watercraft
• E-bikes are not permitted on the property
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
