Situated in a prime location, the home is perfectly positioned for exploring the best of the city. You will find yourself close to downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona, as well as a variety of shopping and dining options. For outdoor lovers, the area offers easy access to numerous hiking trails and golf courses, ensuring there is enough to do for every member of your group.

Practical Information & House Rules: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. For the safety and security of the home, external security cameras are in service near the entrances and on the side of the property; there are no indoor cameras.

We are happy to welcome up to two dogs per stay, provided you alert us prior to arrival. Please note that other types of pets are not allowed. A pet fee of $35 per night, per dog, will be requested as an alteration to your booking and must be paid before check-in. Guests are responsible for all pet-related damages and must dispose of all pet waste to avoid a $200 cleaning fee. Any non-disclosed pets found on the property will incur an additional $100 fee on top of the nightly rate.
