The sleeping arrangements include 2 comfortable queen beds in the bedroom area and a high-quality, self-inflating queen size AeroBed in the living room, allowing each unit to accommodate up to 6 guests. The interior includes a full kitchen equipped with all the utensils, dishes, and cookware needed for simple meals, a dining table with seating for 6, and a cozy living area with a comfortable sofa.

Enjoy private access to your assigned cabin and porch, where you can relax in two Adirondack chairs while taking in stunning mountain views of Emigrant Peak. Guests also have access to shared property amenities, including a large picnic pavilion with sun-shades, BBQ grills, a fire pit, and a coin-operated laundry room where detergent is provided.

Located in the tiny village of Emigrant, the property is within walking distance of local establishments offering great food, drinks, live music, and shopping. • Early check-in and late check-out cannot be accommodated.
• Dogs are welcome but must be added to the reservation; a $25 one-time fee applies for up to 2 dogs. More than 2 dogs require advanced approval and additional fees. Pets must be kenneled if left alone and under owner control at all times.
• Digital keycode entry is used for self check-in and check-out.
• Please note that the cancellation policy is firm.
