Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. To ensure a secure stay, guests must be at least 25 years old and complete a verification process including official ID and a security screening. A refundable $50 security deposit is required via a valid credit card.

Please note that the casita is located behind the main Porchlight House; while your interior space is completely private, the backyard, grill, and fire pit are shared if the main house is occupied. Access is via the pedestrian walk-through gate on the left side of the main house—please do not use the main house's yellow front door or the vehicle gate. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
