This well-appointed residence is configured with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility: the upstairs Master Bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom with views of the Tetons, while the second upstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and similar mountain vistas. The basement includes a third bedroom with a king bed, alongside a shared living space that provides a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin-size daybed with a twin-size trundle, all served by a shared hallway bathroom.

Guests can luxuriate on the back porch or in the generous fenced-in yard, which features a brand-new hot tub and extraordinary views of the peaks. The home is equipped for family gatherings with a well-appointed, fully stocked kitchen and a propane BBQ for outdoor dining.

• Community Standards: Quiet hours and exterior light shut-off are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No fireworks or events are allowed.
• Speed Limits: Maximum 25 mph on Grand Teton Road and 20 mph on all other community roads.
• Additional Notes: The home does not have air conditioning. The television is streaming capable (guest logins required).
